Chloe Reynor (She/her)
As an integrative psychotherapist I tend to draw inspiration from multiple approaches and weave together an approach that will best suit you in your current situation. If you have been to therapy before, I think it is important to discuss what you have previously found to be helpful or unhelpful and if you are trying therapy for the first time, we can explore together what you might find most useful. As a trauma informed practitioner, I offer a warm and safe therapeutic space, free of judgment. You will experience respect, acceptance, compassion and a celebration of who you are!
Much of my experience to date has involved working with individuals who are survivors of abuse and trauma and I have a particular interest in working in an affirming and empowering way with clients who are neurodivergent and those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ communities.
Qualifications
I completed a BA (Hons) in Social Science at UCD, a Higher Diploma in Psychology in DBS and a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with IICP College. I am an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Along the way, I have been drawn to further training in the Internal Family Systems approach and other topics including trauma, shame, dissociation, self-harm and addiction.
