Transparent and Ethical Practices
At Violet Psychology, we are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space where both clients and therapists can thrive.
Every therapist affiliated with Violet Psychology is an independent, self-employed professional who aligns with our core values regarding neurodiversity-affirming care and LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. These therapists set their own fees, with all payments for sessions going directly to them. We do not take a cut from their sessions. Instead, therapists pay a small annual fee for our advertising and referral services. This approach allows our therapists to remain independent while still benefiting from the support and resources we provide to help them grow professionally. By upholding these principles, we strive to create a community where both therapists and clients feel supported.
