Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions
Even though it is more usual that you are considering Counselling and Psychotherapy because you are facing certain life changes, challenges, dealing with a personal crisis or transitions in your life, these sessions can be beneficial at any stage in your life. You do not need to have a specific problem to attend psychotherapy sessions.
Sessions are 50 mins long and are held on a weekly basis. This allows the therapeutic relationship to develop and it is important to have some consistency for the process to work. They can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and what you want to explore.
