Autistic Emotional Regulation Support Group
This 4-week online support group provides a safe and neuroaffirming space to explore emotional regulation challenges faced by autistic individuals. Led by a Health Psychologist and a Psychotherapist, our structured sessions offer psychoeducation, therapy activities, and practical tools to support your emotional well-being.
Dates: April 8th - 29th. From 6.00pm to 7.30pm.
Duration: 1h 30min per session

Price: €40 per session
Online and Neuroaffirming | Camera off and both typing/verbal communication welcome!
Weekly Topics:
Week 1: Autism & navigating a Neurotypical world
Week 2: Masking & burnout
Week 3: Meltdowns, shutdowns & sensory overload
Week 4: Emotional regulation tools & alexithymia
What to expect:
Structured, psychoeducational sessions. You will get the plan and structure before the sessions so you know what to expect.
Practical therapy activities and option to share with the group, if you wish (no pressure!).
Helpful materials and resources for each of the topics.
