AuDHD Support Group
This 4-week online support group is for adults discovering—or rediscovering—themselves through an AuDHD (autistic + ADHD) lens.
That mix of needing structure but craving novelt; the burnout from masking, but still not being sure who you are underneath; the deep need for solitude, right next to the longing for connection… You’re not imagining it—and you’re not alone.
This is a neuroaffirming, structured space led by a Health Psychologist and a Psychotherapist, both neurodivergent and experienced in supporting queer, AuDHD, and intersectional communities.
