Autistic Emotional Regulation Support Group

This 4-week online support group provides a safe and neuroaffirming space to explore emotional regulation challenges faced by autistic individuals. Led by a Health Psychologist and a Psychotherapist, our structured sessions offer psychoeducation, therapy activities, and practical tools to support your emotional well-being.

  • Dates: April 8th - 29th. From 6.00pm to 7.30pm.

  • Duration: 1h 30min per session

  • Max Participants: 25

  • Price: €40 per session

  • Online and Neuroaffirming | Camera off and both typing/verbal communication welcome!

Weekly Topics:

  • Week 1: Autism & navigating a Neurotypical world

  • Week 2: Masking & burnout

  • Week 3: Meltdowns, shutdowns & sensory overload

  • Week 4: Emotional regulation tools & alexithymia

What to expect:

  • Structured, psychoeducational sessions. You will get the plan and structure before the sessions so you know what to expect.

  • Practical therapy activities and option to share with the group, if you wish (no pressure!).

  • Helpful materials and resources for each of the topics.
